Turnkey Implementation
Our Professional Services team does all the work for you. Through telephone interviews we collect your requirements, discuss options with you and provide a fixed price quotation for custom work or subscription modifications.

Branding
From logo replacement, header content reformation, your content on our application pages, to custom color, we can rebrand our application and provide a total private label application.

Logo Replacement
Replacement of the CLC Technology product brand logo in the professional products is a feature found in the Administrative menu of some products. Please consult your Administrative menu or call our customer service for a review of your requirements.

Administrator Level Login
Private label installations can be provided with an Administrator login that allows you to override our default settings with top level management and control of the access rights of your users and the publishing and management of custom content distributed across all or select client groups.

Custom Page Modules
There are three types of custom page modules in our web application that can be configured in a private label site.

1. Modules with static links to documents that are accessed internally or externally to our web application that we place in the web application for you, or you manage yourself. This is the most commonly requested module type.
2. Modules that are custom designed for unique client data input with data stored in the web application and or transmitted to your database.
3. Modules that contain imported data from your database that can be refreshed up to the minute.

Modified URL's
The URL of your login and web application subscription can be somewhat modified. We can provide custom sub domains for your private label site such as http://yourname.clctech.net or http://attorney.clctech.net/yourname. We do not currently license our web applications to operate on our client's computer systems thereby limiting the URL to the domain names we own.

Custom Login Page
Private label custom login pages are popular and easily created. Your logo is placed at http:oursitename.clctech.net/yourname/login. You can link to your custom login page from anywhere you decide. Custom login pages can be ordered as a stand alone option.

Custom Page Colors
As part of a private label site, the majority of the web application colors can be changed to fit your brand requirements. You can work with our designers and color selection process to determine the best combination of web application colors for your custom user interface.

Client Database Integration
We do not directly integrate with our clients databases for live dynamic data both to and from our web application. The time latency effect of a second party database integration upon our web application user interface is very likely to produce an unsatisfactory user experience when compared to the immediate update of the web application data from our database servers.

What we do is file import and export synchronization with our private label clients. Data that is required to be in the clients user interface is automatically exported from your database and placed in your secure folder, either FTP or other, and our system automatically sweeps that folder on a regular schedule and imports that file's data into our database for the client to see. The process is reversed for data going back to your database. This is an easy and highly effective data exchange method presently used in many instances, with very little maintenance for either party, and with a high degree of satisfaction for both your database administrator and the web application user.

With synchronization settings set to the minimum time it can be expected that data exported from your database and imported into our database can reasonably change for the user every minute.
