One Account Professional is $29.95 monthly for the basic professional product in its default settings without modifications or customization. Monthly subscription fee for more than one Account Professional on a single subscription is the total number of Account Professionals times $29.95. More Subscription Details
- Attorneys, Advisors, Mediators and Coaches are called "Account Professionals" if they can have client workgroups as defined in the Office Staff directory.
- At least one Account Professional must be listed in the Office Staff directory in order to form client workgroups.
- Only those Account Professionals that are listed in the Office Staff directory are changed a monthly fee and only those Account Professionals can form client work groups or be a primary or lead Attorney, Advisor, Mediator or Coach.
- Additional Account Professionals not listed in the Office Staff directory, but invited into client workgroups as observers or other designations are not charged a monthly fee.
- Additional Account Professionals added in the Office Staff directory part way though a subscription month will not be added to the monthly billing until the start of the next billing month.
- Subscriptions require a credit card. Monthly invoice billing is optionally available for organizations over 25 Primary Professionals.
